Do I need a telephone line for outgoing data?
No, you do not. Some satellite systems use the telephone line for outgoing data and only use the satellite for incoming data. Such systems can be slow and unreliable as they rely on a local ISP for the outgoing link. Junisat sends both outgoing and incoming data via the satellite and no telephone lines are required at all.

Will it work with a laptop PC?
Since Junisat simply plugs into the network card or Hub, it will work with any PC or network that is running a relatively current version of Windows.

Can I attach more than one PC?
Yes, you can, we can advise on individual requirements. For a large networks you will require our to end package as this offer a higher throughput.

Will it work in my area?

What happens if it goes wrong?
Junisat comes with a full one-year on-site warranty. If it stops working, we operate a return to base policy, you will be given a replacement unit. After the one-year warranty has expired, there may be a small charge for any parts and labour will be required.

How do I install it?
You do not need to install it. Our technicians will normally come to your site and install it for you. If you want to participate in the installation process, or install the system yourself, then this is no problem.

I think it is too expensive!
Junisat is less expensive than any similarly featured system, such as ADSL, DSL, ISDN or leased-line. Even compared to an ordinary dial-up account, Junisat can be cheaper for a serious Internet user once call costs are considered, as well as ISP charges. In terms of performance-to-cost ratio, no other competing system can even come close.

How much is an unlimited data subscription?
All Junisat systems come with free unlimited data. Use as much data as you like.

What happens if I leave the area?
If you are moving to an area within the Junisat area of coverage, then you can continue your subscription in the new area
